Background Stress computed tomography perfusion (Stress-CTP) is a functional technique that can be added to coronary angiography (cCTA) improve the management patients with suspected artery disease (CAD). Purpose To determine impact routine availability Stress-CTP cCTA in terms downstream testing, radiation exposure and outcome high risk or known CAD. Methods Patients symptomatic for chest pain, CAD, previous revascularization increased pre-test likelihood referred clinically indicated were prospectively enrolled. Data regarding evaluability, overall exposure, invasive non-invasive hospitalizations, revascularizations, major adverse cardiac events (MACE) as unstable angina, non-fatal myocardial infarction cardiovascular death after index test collected at follow-up. Results 263 consecutive enrolled (mean age: 65 ± 9 years; male: 79%), which 162 (62%) had revascularization. The mean follow-up was 323 175 days. fully evaluable 95% 99%, respectively.
